Casa Cascada: Reservations
The house is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably and I ask that you please book a 4 night minimum. Daily housekeeping and/or cooks are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.
ALL taxes and fees are included in the rental rates below as are all linens, towels and all extras mentioned on the website. There are NO extra hidden charges or taxes.

Rental rates
If you'd like to rent the home as a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, the rate is 15% lower than the published rates above.
Please contact me directly for longer term rates or last minute booking rates (for savings off the published weekly rates).
To reserve the home, the first step is to contact me and I will send you a Guest Agreement to review, sign and email/fax back that explains all details such as check in/out times, pet policy, etc. This signed agreement protects both you and I.
The next step is to pay the deposit which will finalize the reservation for your vacation home. The deposit is 50% of the total and the remainder is due 45 days before your stay. I accept these payment methods:

- One of the easiest and safest consumer methods is Paypal. My Paypal email address is dcullom@yahoo.com. Once the deposit is received, your vacation is booked!
- Credit cards: You can include your credit card information in the signed rental agreement that you send back or I can take your credit card number over the phone and will process the deposit immediately and confirm your booking.
- Money order and personal check: If you prefer snail mail, please contact me and I will give you my mailing address. The home will not be reserved until the check or money order has cleared the bank.
