Casa Cascada: Availability & Pricing
The house is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably and I ask that you please book a 4 night minimum. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be provided at an additional cost of $35 per visit.
All taxes and fees are included in the rental rates below as are all linens, towels and all extras mentioned on the website. There are NO extra hidden charges or taxes.

If you'd like to rent the home as a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, the rate is 15% lower than the published rates above.
Please contact me directly for stays longer than a week or last minute booking rates (for savings off the published weekly rates).
To reserve the home, you will need to complete a Guest Agreement form. This explains all details such as check in/out times, pet policy, etc. This agreement protects both you and I.
A 50% deposit is required and I accept these payment methods:
- One of the easiest and safest consumer methods is Paypal. My Paypal email address is dcullom@yahoo.com. Once the deposit is received, your vacation is booked!
- Credit cards: You may include your credit card information in the Rental Agreement that you complete or I'll be happy to take your credit card number over the phone (678-866-1886).
- Money order and personal check: If you prefer snail mail, please contact me and I will give you my mailing address. The home will not be reserved until the check or money order has cleared the bank.
